This is a story of a revolution. I was a fat kid growing up. Food is simply great, and exercise is a chore. This inconsistency led me to Yo-Yo my weight by about 40-50 pounds many times. In 2018 I decided it was about time I stopped the cycle and get fit in a sustainable way. After two years I was able to cut 75 pounds overall while gaining muscle.
My goal for this blog series is to explain a bit more about my approach to exercise and nutrition that lead me to where I am.
