Partner Engineering Manager & Lead Solution Engineer

Unstoppable Domains

As a lead of Unstoppable Domain’s partner engineering team, I work closely with our strategic partners and our team of Solution Engineers and Integration Engineers to help integrate and scale our technical relationships across the globe.

As the first hire for the partner engineering team I had the responsibility to develop a team structure and put it into action. I hired and grew the team from 0 to 9 members, which in turn helped grow our number of integrated partners from 120 to over 800 – a year over year increase of over 500% .

As UD’s lead Solution Engineer, I collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams on novel technologies and how we can solve the business problems of our partners. I directly inform our engineering roadmap.

I also initiated responsibility for developer relations. I’ve created several tutorial videos, published them to YouTube, and ran developer office hours with the community. I engage directly with devs on Twitter, Discord, and in person at conferences.

Senior Sales Engineer, Senior Tech Consultant

Sweepr Technologies

I joined Sweepr as a pre-series A startup spending the majority of my time as the sole employee in North America reporting to our C-Suite in Ireland . Overall, my task was to grow our North American business by maintaining all technical relationships, and sharing ownership of business contacts.

Sweepr is a B2B SaaS company leveraging AI to enable Telco and IoT Device Manufacturers to provide contextually adaptive customer care. In my time at Sweepr I was able to directly contribute to 90% of our company’s revenue.

As a Senior Sales Engineer I worked from origination, through presales, sales, and post-sales customer success management with all our North American enterprise accounts. The presales phase here was most critical. Since we were a novel technology, I constantly had to work with our leadership to shape our messaging and deliver compelling demos and proof of concepts to engage our customers.

As a Senior Technology Consultant I worked externally with partners as an advisor and thought leader to shape their digital transformation goals. I also worked internally with our company to shape our product roadmap, advise on product market fit, and analyze the strategic alignment of business needs to our technology’s capabilities.

Presales Engineer, Tech Consultant

Accenture

At Accenture, I was part of our digital video group. My team worked B2B with Telco, Cable, Media and Tech companies (the FAANGs).

Our B2B team owned a video test automation product. Our clients could use this to rapidly perform end to end tests on video devices such as set top boxes, phones, and TVs within a convenient CI/CD pipeline.

My role as a presales engineer was to work with account managers and build technical relationships with the clients during the sales cycle. I advised on sales strategies, executed demos, built solution architecture, and administered proof of concepts. I also was key in many RFP / RFI presentations.

I took initiative to expand our product functionality to make sense for the FAANG tech companies and was critical to our growth in this area.

I became our key subject matter expert on our AI driven video quality analysis product.
As a tech consultant, I worked directly for clients on one-off projects to analyze their existing tech infrastructure support video analysis and shape their strategies moving forward.
